syngamy and fertilisation are both reproduction processes.

syngamy refers to the fusion of two cells and one  nuclei here triple fusion occurs and called triple fertilization. e.g. in coconuts

fertilisation refers to the fusion of two gametes. one male gamete and one female gamete i.e ovum
