Answer:

The democracy of Nepal is vastly different from the democracy of India. India was declared a democracy after it gained its independence in the year 1947. Since then, it is the Indian citizens, who elect and choose their leader. But unlike India, Nepal was so long under monarchical rule and it is recently that the nation of Nepal has become a democracy. Further, the concept of democracy and its benefits is quite new for the people of Nepal, and they are not quite comfortable with it, as they cannot fully comprehend and interpret what democracy gives them.
