interrogative is one which directly asks question.

relative is the adverb which uses the interrogative word but actually it is not used to ask something. It is there just to tell more info about a verb or sometimes any adjective too.

Explanation:

suppose, when will she go? It is a question, hence here when is advb or where does Shankara live? is also a sentence containing advb where as interrogation.

but in sentence,

this is the school where I learnt

here where is used as relative advb as it is not asking questions, it is telling about the school
