a proposition is "A statement or assertion that expresses a judgment or opinion.", a theorem is "A general proposition not self-evident but proved by a chain of reasoning; a truth established by means of accepted truths." So as I see the main difference is that a proposition is more evident.

A theorem is a statement that has been proven on the basis of previously established statements.
Property is something that needs no proof, such as a variable "a" in an equation will be equal to all other "a"s in the equation.
