*Verbs which need object to complete the meaning of sentence are class transitive verbs. Ex = He writes a letter
without object 'letter' sentences has no complete meaning so 'writes' is a transitive verb.
*Similarly the verbs which do not need any object to complete meaning of sentence are intransitive verbs. Ex
= He jumps on floor
here sentence 'He jumps' have a complete without object 'floor' so 'jumps' is intransitive verb
