When any body is moving at a constant rate...it is said to have uniform velocity.
When any body is not moving at a constant rate with respect time...it is said to have non-uniform velocity.

Answer: If a body covers equal distances in equal intervals of time, it is said to be moving with Uniform Velocity.
Whereas, if a body covers unequal distances in equal intervals of time, it is said to be moving with Non-uniform velocity.
