It is when you want to show up a picture or a video!.. it's like you want to put up a picture on Facebook or Instagram... or you want to put (upload) a video on YouTube!... and something like that is called upload!..
Download:..
It is when you want to copy or move the particular document or a music or diverging like that is called download!..
