Children's generally can not be able to understand their mind as well as can not control their mind so they work what their mind say.weares Young man can able to understand their mind and control too so they don't work like a child. They will think before to do a work. Children's have a free mood than young man because children's needn't have to work for earning money.
Children's love to enjoy the environment, play with their best or good friends wearers young man never do so.
If anyone hurt and beat then children will cry wearers young man will not.
Children's height will grow wearers young mans will not
Children will be young man wearers Young man will be old man.
Children brain cells are very active so they can able to remember what they did what watched etc weares Young man brain cell will not improve. Cells will be damage time by time. So they cannot able to remember like a child

Hi Jas 30,
                                       Here's the answer you wanted

I could get into rites of passage and how many cultures don't consider you a man until you've gone through some sort of ordeal involving maturity or valor or strength or something, but let's avoid all of that for a bit and look at physical characteristics.

Biologically speaking, a man has reached puberty whereas a boy has not (or is only partially along that path). Men will have most (often all) of the following characteristics:
Testicular "changes" (enlargement, production of sperm and testosterone) versus a childBody/facial hairPubic HairVocal changes (as well as Adam's apple)Muscular changes (the result of testosterone produced by the aforementioned testes)Acne and body odor
... I suspect that this is taking the question in an unintended direction. I'll think more about the issue of social/emotional changes (culturally, what is the difference between a boy and a man) and then I'll supplement that answer to this one.
