For plotting frquency polygon , actual frequency of each state is used, but for cumlative fquuency the frequency is added to each next frequency, thus it is an all increasing curve.
For example for frequency distributoion, 0.5,0.3,0.2
the frequencies will be plotted as it is,
but in cumulative frequency the frequencies, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0 shall be used.
