Consumer Forum:-● Non-Government organization● Spreads awareness among common people● Help consumer to file case in court● Represent individual in court● Help to get justice to one who is exploitedConsumer Court :-● Government organization● 3 level :- district , state and national level court● Does not guides consumers but only provides decisions.
