What is different between forward bias and reverse
Answers
Hi
Here's your answer
Reverse-bias is when the anode is negative and the cathode is positive. A lot of current flows when the diode is forward-biased, provided that the voltageis higher than 0.6V or so for a silicon diode or 0.3V or so for a germanium device. A very small amount of current flows if a diode is reverse-biased.
hope it help you

in forward biasing battery ka positive terminal diode ke p se attach hota hai and -ve terminal N se , and reverse main iska just opposite hota hai 2. forward biasing main current reverse ke comparison main jada hota for bias (ma) ,reverse bias(micro A), 3.forward bias main depletion layer narrow hoti hai reverse ke comparison main 4. forward bias main resistance bhut kam hota ideal conditions main toh 0 bhi and reverse main resistance bhut jada ideal conditions main infinite
