Drive is a device by which data is written into a storage device. Hard Disk is a magnetic material coated disk (platter/s). Hard Drive is a device for storing data into a Hard Disk. Here the Drive means a moving actuator arm with magnetic heads arranged on it to read and write data to the Hard Disk surface.
