In organised sector there will be certain rules and regulations. Those are followed by the people.They get regular salary , pensions .They have many benefits. They have security.
In unorganized sector there won't be any rules.They can be removed from the job due to silly reasons. They were paid on the daily basis . They don't have any security.

⚫one can appointment letter amd employer can not remove the employee from work before the agreement terms..
⚫there are fixed working hours . if one work one, he will get overtime.
