Renin is a hormone relased from kidney

which has role in increasing blood presure when it fall down. Rennin is a proteolytic enzymes released by cheif cells in stomach of an infant which helps in curding of milk

Rennin, which is also known as rennet or chymosin, has nothing whatever to do with hypertension. Renin is an enzyme produced in the kidney that is thought to play a role in the pathogenesis of at least some cases of hypertension.
