organisms are identical

genes are identical

there is no fusion of gamete

eg , budding, fragmentation , etc

Sexual reproduction -

both parents are involve.

half the genetic information is received from each parent.

it involve fusion of male and female gamete.

eg, it occurs due to pollination and fertilisation ...
