Youngs modulus is for the length i.e only one dimension whereas bulk modulis is for the 3D i. e for length,breadth as well as for height

young modulus is for objects having some change in the length ∆l and is given by stress upon strain

bulk modulus is given for the volumetric change of an object

which is normal stress upon volumetric strain

conclusion only difference is

Young's is for length change

bulk is for volume change
