answer:-

law of inertia states that every body continues its state of rest or in uniform motion until some external force or unbalanced force change it..

Answer:

Law of inertia, also called Newton's first law, postulate in physics that, if a body is at rest or moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it will remain at rest or keep moving in a straight line at constant speed unless it is acted upon by a force.

The Principle or Law of Inertia states:

  • a mass at rest tends to remain at rest;

  • a mass moving at a constant velocity tends to keep moving at that velocity, unless acted upon by an outside force.

  • Newton's First Law of Motion states that no force is needed to keep something moving in a straight line at a constant speed.

hope it helps you mate.
