non terminating decimals are those whose decimal expansion doesn't terminates

ex: 22/7

where as non repeating decimals also conveys the same meaning because in non terminating decimals the decimal expansion doesn't terminates and no repitition of numbers takes place in the same way in non repeating decimals also repitition doesn't occurs

Answer:

A non-terminating, non-repeating decimal is a decimal number that continues endlessly, with no group of digits repeating endlessly. Decimals of this type cannot be represented as fractions, and as a result are irrational numbers.
