a social problem is a problem that influences a large number of people in society.for examples of poverty is a social problem that different levels of the society suffer may it be middle class on the lower class. it is also generally a problem of a specific area which affect the people of that society. also affect how people react to a certain situation for the condition.
whereas the social evils are the problems in the society that prevails due to the improper practices of the human nature that is a blind faith in something or someone or we can say that due to the blind faith of people in their culture. social level is a stigma of the society that leads to an healthy environment in the society leading to discrimination between the people majorly.
