Metals are good conductor of heat and electricity, they are ductile,malleable, lustros,they can be beaten into thin sheets and nonmetal do not have this property

metals have some properties like ductile sonorous malleable ductile they conduct electricity and heat where as non metal not have this type of qualities like oxygen bromine is the only non metal element that exist in a liquid state
