rabi crop-1. They are sown in winter season( october to december)
2. They are harvested in spring season( Mid late April to June)
3. Eg.-potato, wheat, mustard etc.
Kharif crop-1. They are sown in rainy season( July to Sep)
2. They are harvested in autumn season
3. Eg.-rice, bajra, sugarcane etc.

Ans : Plants of the same kinds are grown and cultivated at one place on a large scale is called crops.
Types of crops
- Crops of two board patterns:-
1. Kharif crops : The crops which are shown in the rainy season like June to November are called kharif crops. For example - Soyabean , ground nuts.
2. Rabi crops : The crops which grown in the winter season like October to March are called rabi crops. For example- tea , mustard.
