It is the movement of gases from higher concentration to lower concentration.
(Higher concentration = area having more gas)
(lower concentration =area having less gas)
Like in our body the concentration of co2 is more than in outside, so co2 moves out in air.
And concentration of oxygen is more in surrounding than in body so oxygen moves in our body.
