Diffusion is important to organismsbecause it is the process by which useful molecules enter the body cells and waste products are removed. Digested food molecules (amino acids, glucose) move down a concentration gradient from the intestine to the blood.

diffusion is the spreading out and mixing of a
substance with another substance due to the motion of its particles. diffusion is maximum in gases and minimum in solids.
It helps human being to get smell of perfumes and foods. It also help in heating kitchen machines by spreading steam full.
