Answer:

Dilution is a process in which water is added  to a solvent to decrease a concentration of H+ ion and HO- ion  in a solution.

The concentrated  H2SO4 is added to water. The diluting solution is stired by an glass rod to make it dilute. The H2SO4 is is highly acidic we have careful while mixing H2SO4 in water.
