Answer: According to Newton’s Law of gravitation

F=Gm1m1/r^2

A Dimension of ‘F’ = MLT^-2

A dimension of m = M

A dimension of r^2 = L^2

A dimension of G =?

Solution:

since F=Gm1m1/r^2

Therefore G =F r^2/m1.m1

G = MLT^-2.L^2/M.M ———— denominator ”M” cancel with numerator “M”, then we shift “M” to a numerator place

Answer is G = M^-1 L^3 T^-2
