what is dipole bond ? what are the types of bonds in chemical bonding .... name the function of all the types of bonding !

Not a dipole bond but Dipole-Dipole bond. It is a force and is an attraction between a slightly positive hydrogen on one molecule and a slightly negative atom on another molecule.

In chemical bonding their are six types of bonding like--covalent bond, Ion-Ion, dipole-dipole, London forces etc..

The function of all type of bonding is same and that is to hold the constituent element of the compound together.
