What is direction of electric current if electron is move from North to South direction?

Your answer is If the electric field E is towards the South, the force on the electron F = - e E due to this field will be in the opposite direction, that is towards the North. Since the electron is already moving towards the North it continues to move in that direction, as there is no deflecting force.
