Disguised unemployment exists where part of the labor force is either left without work or is working in a redundant manner where worker productivity is essentially zero. It is unemployment that does not affect aggregate output.

Disguised employment is basically not an unemployment but over employment where the labor produces zero productivity. Here the labor force is left without any work or works in a redundant manner. The labor force does not affect the aggregate output and more workers are employed for a single piece of work, that is why it is referred as disguised unemployment.
