disguised unemployed is a situation of hidden unemployed.
It occurs when the number of persons engaged on a piece of land is much more than what is actually needed. so, apparently all are employed . but ,in reality may are unemployed. even when some are withdrawn , total output will not fall.

Answer:
Disguised unemployment is a situation where there too many people employed in an activity, such that even if you remove a few of them, the productivity remains the same. This implies that the marginal product of labour is zero as the output remains unchanged with an addition to the factor input i.e. labour.
