What is disguised unemplyment?

tanushree2: for example....a field producess 5000 kg of grains with one labour working in that field on the other hand same field is cultivated by 3 more labours but then also the yield is of 5000 kg so there is no change .so there will be no loss if this 3 more labours will not be there so this is only the disguised unemployment as the 3 more persons are disguised unemployed

Disguised unemployment is the unemployment exists where the part of the labour has left without work or not working a not productive manner.It is unemployment which will never affect aggregate output.
