according to divine right theory the state is established and ruled by God himself directly or indirectly God Mein rule the state Kings awesome rulers are considered as an agent of God the things were not responsible to any human being they were only responsible to got all the humans beings must obey the order to the king no human beings cannot question him for the right or wrong done by him some human being considered then as a shadow of God on earth
