the divisibility rule of 11 is
a number is divisible by 11 if the difference of the sum of its digit in old places and the sum of its digits in a given place starting from the ones place is either 0 a number of 11.
Example
consider the no. 90728
Sum of odd place. 8+7+9=24
Sum of even place. 2+0=2
Difference of the two sum= 24-2=22
which is clearly divisible by 11 because
11×2=22
