DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is present in the chromosomes inside the nucleus. the functional unit of DNA is genes. They are the inheritance material .

dna satnd for deoxy ribose nucelic acid it is a type of acid which is found in all living things it is look like a thread it helps in the copying and important source of making energy at the time of reproduction it transfer all parental character to the new born baby in our body parts dna is present at everywhere bt it is not prrsent in red blood corposules
