Answer:

In molecular biology, a library is a collection of DNA fragments that is stored and propagated in a population of micro-organisms through the process of molecular cloning. There are different types of DNA libraries, including cDNA libraries, genomic libraries and randomized mutant libraries.

Bio-piracy the practice of commercially exploiting naturally occurring biochemical or genetic material, especially by obtaining patents that restrict its future use, while failing to pay fair compensation to the community from which it originates.

A DNA library id generally a collection of genes ligated into a vector

a vector is ususally any autonomus replicating genetic material(Plasmid)

A DNA library can be a cDNA library, consisting of RNA transcripts being reverse  transcribed into DNA by the enzyme Reverse transcriptase.

other form of the DNA library is Genomic library.
