Double circulation takes place in the human heart it is the process of filteration of blood from deoxygenated to oxygenated .
CO2 is seperated in this process and released out from the body.

a circulatory system in which blood travels twice through a heart in one complete cycle of a body is called double circulation.there are two types of circulation systematic circulation and pulmonary circulation.the pathway of blood from the  heart to lungs and back to the  heart is called pulmonary circulation.

the pathway of blood from heart to the rest of the body and back to the heart is called systematic circulation.these two circulation taken together makes a double circulation.it is necessary to supply oxygenated blood to all parts of the body and to carry deoxygenated blood to lungs to get re oxygenated
