What Is Duma ? How Far Was It Successful ?

Duma was the russian parliament in the 20th century. It was not much successful as there were various problems were emerging around it. When Tsar went to dissolve Duma it caused the February revolution. It was not much succeded as the govt. in charge of the Duma were fighting between themselves and not much fulfilled the need of the society specially the workers of that time.
