Answer:

A body is said to be in \red{Dynamic \: equilibrium} when all forces acting on the body do not produce any change in its state of rotational, translational or projectile motion.

Eg. Motion of the earth around the sun or of the moon around the earth.

Hope this helps you.

The reaction, NaCl(s) ⇌ Na+(aq) + Cl-(aq), will be in dynamic equilibrium when the rate of the dissolution of the NaCl equals the rate of recrystallization. Another example of dynamic equilibrium is NO2(g) + CO(g) ⇌ NO(g) + CO2(g) (again, as long as the two rates are equal).
