What is Dynamic lookup Transformation in Informatica and when to use it?

it is desirable to insert only one instance of a unique record to the target this mapping provides an approach for detecting duplicate records from the source by using a dynamic lookup. A regular lookup transformation create a static cache of the target data which does not change when source Rows are processed.
