E=mc^2 means energy released when there is a gain or loss of some mass in the reacting atom of the fuel element. We can illustrate this formula by the example of the energy release in the nuclear plants where the uranium atoms are bombarded with low energy neutrons and thus a lot of energy is released in this process of nuclear fission.

HEYY MY FAV QUE .
THE EXPALNATON IS E IS ENERGY. M IS MASS AND C IS SPEED OF LIGHT.
HERE THE RELATION IS EVERY BODY IN UNIVERSE IS SUBJECTED TO SOME MASS HENCE THIS MASS SHOULD BE CONVERT AS ENERGY AND IT SHOULD BE OBEY THE LAW OF CONSREVARTION OF ENERGY
THE EXAMPLE IS
THE NULIEAR FISSON IN SUN. THE AMOUNT OF MASS WILL BE CONVERT INTO ENERGY BY THE CONVERTION OF HYDROGEN TO HELIUM .
HOPE IT HELPS U PLEASE MARK IT IN BRAIN LIST
