What is easier to hammer- ablunt nail or asharp tip nail ? Why?

It is easier to hammer a sharp nail because the sharp tip of the nail has more pressure compared to that of a blunt nail. So more the pressure, deep the nail can penetrate into the surface, say wall. This concept is based on pressure and area. Remember that more the pressure, less the area.

Therefore, it is easier to hammer a sharp nail.
