what is easier to move the box from rest or to move it when it is already in motion

If the box is in motion in the direction to which we are applying our force then it is easier to move. But if it is in motion in opposite direction to which we are applying our force then it is harder to move it and then only it is easier to move it from rest.

to move it when it is already in motion as the force was applied only and when we applied more force it will move more smoothly and more force is applied to move the box from test
