what is easier to pull or to push a body explain o support your answer

I think, that is pull because our muscle have to work opposite direction

sha30: this question has become a favourite question.....but while taking from internationally reputed books the so called authors have disfigured the question by making it to apperas in their books as is it easy to push or pull.....dont we see on kolkutta roads porters feel easy to pull the load.....dont we see dor cycle tyre plateforms it is eaay to push......so real physics lies in size of tyre and height of man but still we follow blindly

Pull is easier than push because in push force is greater than in pull .
