d=Tp-Tq/(p-q)
Tp and Tq are p and q th terms i.e like A3 or A7 terms.
Now if u want to find a, substitute in an=a+(n-1)d

To find common difference (d)"in arithmetic progression,
you can do but this method
a2-a1 = a3-a2 = a4-a3 = d
the above mentioned condition is fine then the difference is d.
If only a ,n and an is given then u can find by
(an-a) / (n-1) = d
