Ecosystem is a biological community..
Ecosystem is made up of basically two types of components:: living ( biotic) and non living ( abiotic)....
Living components include various types of plants, frogs, birds, fishes, turtles, insects, and numerous kinds of microscopic life forms called microbes.
The water, the dissolve gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, the minerals, soil, and stones constitute the non-living components.
Within an ecosystem, the organisms can be classified under three broad categories, namely, Producers, Consumers, and Decomposers.
Sun is ultimate source of energy for nearly all life on the earth. Solar energy enters life mainly through green plants, and through some kind of bacteria and algae which are called producers...
Consumers include herbivores ( animal that eat plans such as deer, goat, duck, etc...), carnivores ( animals that eat other animals such as tiger, lion, wolf, etc...), omnivores ( animal that eat both plans and other animals such as human beings..)...
There are organisms -- the decomposers which act on dead plants and animals for their existence they decompose the substances which form these dead bodies..
In other words, the decomposers, such as bacteria, fungi, and worms, convert the material of plants and animals back to their entry form...
FOOD CHAIN...
Green plant ---> Insect ---> Fish ---> Man..
