There are many problems. Some of the main are mentioned below.

• Qualifications on paper: The educated guys have just degrees/certificates in their hands. Probably, they will not be able to answer the question if you ask something from the syllabus they have covered. This is more true for the students of 1 to 12 standard (class).
• Private Schools: Only few private schools are delivering results. Most of the private schools just care about the money. They teach their own chosen subjects and recommend their own books which most of time have lower standard than text books of provincial boards.
• Unregistered Private Schools: There are schools which are not registered and functioning under the name of some other registered private school which makes it difficult for officials of education department to evaluate their performance. Also, there is no list of registered private schools on any government owned website so that guardian can ensure that the school in which their children are going is registered.
• Absenteeism among government school/college teachers: Teachers just go to mark their attendance. They don’t teach well as they do in their own private coaching centers. They try to go back after marking attendance as soon as possible to manage their own private school or coaching centers. I personally know government college teachers who just go two days a week.
