Hey.
If we replace MS impeller with Al impeller, that means mass of the blades will be lesser now and so would be of rotor assembly. There will definitely be two changes in motor behaviour,
First, it will start fetching lesser current during start up of the machine as starting current is directly linked with the mass moment of interia of the rotary part.
Second, as interia is decreased it will take the fan less time to achieve its highest rpm and similarly during stopping the M/c.
