what is El Nino? Explain its features.

it is a phenomenon in which the ocean waters of the Pacific warms up with intense low pressure developed in the region and verse of which all the monsoon wind throughout the world are diverted to these point and some areas in the world suffers from drought while some from flood......

El Nino is a warm ocean current that flows past the Peruvian coast, in place of the cold Peruvian current every 2 to 5 years.

* the prescence of el nino leads to an increase in sea surface temperatures and weakening of the trade winds in the region.
