As we know that election is the mechanism which provide people an opputurnity to choose their representatives who can take descisions on the behalf of them. Here, election campaign is the most important.

                 Election campaign is the time period when the parties or candidates do campaigning or we can say that parties or candidates have an opputunity to have direct contact with people. People, by this can know whose policies are good. Usually it occurs between the time period of announcing the final list of candidates till the date of polling. In India it is of two weeks.
