Hey!!!!

At the basic level, electricity is the flow of electrons, which are leptons. The terms solid, liquid and gas apply to Baryonic matter and not to leptons.

Electrons can be referred to as plasma in specific situations like in an electric arc, like something sprouting out of a tesla coil.

An electric current is a flow of electric charge. In electric circuits this charge is often carried by moving electrons in a wire. It can also be carried by ions in an electrolyte, or by both ions and electrons such as in an ionised gas.
