Answer: It's a system of two charges.

Explanation:

Electric dipole is system in which two equal charges but opposite in nature are situated apart from each other at very short distance.

One the charge in this system is negative while second one is positive in nature. Product of any one of them charge(Quantity) and  distance between them is called as Electric Dipole Moment. It is denoted as p.

If the distance between both charges is r and having equal q charge but opposite in nature. then,

p = q × r

Unit of Electric dipole moment is Coulomb-Meter.
